Kristi Wink is a triple-threat performer, director, and choreographer with decades of experience in professional theatre—and a deep passion for helping adult performers grow in skill and confidence.
She holds a BFA in Acting from The Ohio State University and has performed on Broadway, in Cleveland, and on her hometown stage at the Marion Palace Theatre. Her stage credits, both as a performer and choreographer, have earned widespread acclaim for their emotional power and dynamic movement.

Kristi is also the Producing Artistic Director of Rogue Theatrics, where she shapes the creative direction of one of Central Ohio’s most exciting cabaret companies. Her leadership and vision have brought numerous productions to life, earning admiration from audiences and peers alike.
In addition to her work with Rogue and TripleForce, Kristi teaches acting and musical theatre dance at Douce Dance Studio and the Marion Palace Theater, where she’s known for her warmth, precision, and ability to bring out the best in every performer—no matter their age or experience level.
